How to activate your Manet Travel eSIM

Android devices configuration

⚠️ Verify

You have an active data connection (Wi-Fi is recommended).

1.

Scan the QR code you find 📧 in the email we sent you, using your device camera (or a QR scanner app)

or

If you have saved the QR code on your device, go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR code and click on the picture icon you can find on the bottom right corner of the display.

2.

⌛ Wait for the QR code to be recognized
and follow the instructions on screen
to add the plan to your smartphone.

3.

⌛ Wait for the eSIM to be added, it may take a few minutes depending on your device and on the network status.

4.

✅ Once installed, you will find your eSIM in
Settings > Connections > SIM manager > eSIMs.

1. 👀 Check that the switch is turned ON to activate it.
2. ➡️ Associate mobile data connection to the newly added eSIM

5.

⚙️ Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks and
turn ON Data roaming (for the eSIM only).

🎉 Congratulations ✨

You’ve just activated your Manet Travel eSIM:
you can now start enjoying your Internet connectivity!

📌 Remember!

the eSIM will work only once you will be physically in the country of validity of the purchased plan
(or one of the countries of validity in case of regional/global plans).

2.

Copy the manual activation code you find 📧 in the email we sent you, right below the QR code and enter it where required
(similar to LPA:1$xxxxx.xx$YY-YYYY-YYYY).

3.

Follow the instructions on screen
to add the plan to your smartphone.

4.

⌛ Wait for the eSIM to be added, it may take a few minutes depending on your device and on the network status.

5.

✅ Once installed, you will find your eSIM in
Settings > Connections > SIM manager > eSIMs.

⚙️ Go to Settings > Mobile Service/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code.
Scan with your device camera the QR code you find 📧 in the email we sent you
or (for latest iOS versions only)
If you have saved the QR code on your device, go to Settings > Mobile Service/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code
Click on Open Photos and select the QR code from your gallery.

2.

Follow the instructions on screen
to activate the eSIM.

3.

⌛ Wait for the eSIM to be installed, it may take a few minutes depending on your device and on the network status.

4.

✅ Once installed, you will find your eSIM in
Settings > Mobile Service/Mobile Data > SIMs
select it and:

1. 👀 Turn ON the line to activate it;
2. 🔛 Turn ON Data Roaming (for the eSIM only).

5.

Go back to Mobile Service/Mobile Data and associate Mobile Data to the newly added eSIM.
Associate mobile data connection to the newly added eSIM.

Click on Enter Details Manually and copy the SM-DP+ Address and the Activation Code you find 📧 in the email we sent you, right below the QR code (called manual activation code) and enter them where required:

SM DP+ address: xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx (located between $ symbols)
Activation code: YY-YYYYYY-YYYYYY (located after the second $ symbol)
The other fields are optional, they do not have to be completed.

3.

Follow the instructions on screen
to activate the eSIM.

4.

⌛ Wait for the eSIM to be installed, it may take a few minutes depending on your device and on the network status.

5.

✅ Once installed, you will find your eSIM in
Settings > Mobile Service/Mobile Data > SIMs
select it and:

1. 👀 Turn ON the line to activate it;
2. 🔛 Turn ON Data Roaming (for the eSIM only).

6.

Go back to Mobile Service/Mobile Data and associate Mobile Data to the newly added eSIM.
